TURN MANUAL ROUTINES INTO AUTOMATED PROCESSES
AND WORK MORE EFFICIENTLY.

BPM
Gestão de Processos de Negócios

Which benefits can BPM bring to my business?

BPM is the solution aimed at standardizing, automating and controlling the activities of people in companies, integrating systems, increasing productivity, control and adherence to regulatory aspects.

This solution allows you to design and execute business processes using the BPMN 2.0 notation, monitor processes through a control panel – your dashboard - and the reports generated inside our BI - Business Intelligence - tool.

It allows users to start processes, automatically receive tasks to be performed, receive e-mail notifications, track task deadlines, automatically forward duties to the next people in the workflow, quickly visualize at what stage of the process the task is and obtain managerial, analytical and decision support reports.

Public and private organizations can automate their workflows by integrating departments and vital company information, generating greater control at every stage of the operational process.

Reduces the cost for process deployment by up to 80%. No programming skills needed for process design.
In Interfy's BPM, processes become functional as they are drawn, simple as that.

BPM radically reduces the use of paper, because it provides the efficient use of resources and improves your results.

It’s simple, friendly and easy configuration interface promotes fast user adoption.

The flexibility and ability to integrate with other tools means that internal processes are replicated and implemented with agility.

Our BPM presents great results in cost reduction that can be measured according to the level of automation of each process,
with an average of at least 30% of economy and the possibility of increased performance.

With BPM your processes become smarter and your operation gains speed.

Get ahead and keep your business in order with structured, automated processes. This is one of the essential steps for the digital transformation of your company.

BPMN 2.0 Process Designer

A notation made of standardized tools for process design that facilitates user understanding, allowing complex flows to be drawn easily and be changed when needed, without the involvement of more specialized staff.

Key Features

Custom Form Creation

Create forms and link them to processes using the BPM Form Designer that includes the various types of form composition fields that can be easily arranged to meet the needs of each step of the workflow.

Public Variable Creation

Turn the content of yours forms into intelligent data that can drive the processes and meet the business rules at every step of your workflow.

Organizational units (area, department, cost center, groups, company)

Define the organizational structure of the company and make BPM understand it by delivering task to those responsible or manage through groups and users.

External Link for Case Creation

Start cases from input forms embedded in your website or from links sent by e-mails to process initiators.

Dynamic User Creation

Allows external users to participate in the process at specific times and while the case is active. No need for manual user management.

Parallel Workflows

Create parallel processes and make flow management and execution more intelligent and complete.

Six different attribution types

Several forms of attribution make the process more intelligent and dynamic.

Task Inbox

Area where users can see the tasks to be performed. It lets you receive tasks with direct assignment to the logged-on user as queued jobs that can be claimed and assigned to the current user.

Advanced Process Search

Search for cases using filters to retrieve processes in a variety of ways.
Find all cases in a given step, all that is assigned to a user, list a case history, filter by variables, easily identify critical cases or deadlines.

Case History

Review all the steps in a specific case, identify assignment dates, involved users, completed and pending tasks.

SLA Management

Make your process more efficient by applying SLAs for every task and assigning a schedule to a process. Include valuable controls for management and ensure that tasks are delivered on schedule.

Alert notifications

Receive alerts when cases are critical or expired. Send email notifications before or after a task. Inform the user when a new task is available.

Redirect cases based on their SLA status

Let the system take decisions when not meeting task deadlines. Keep tabs on what has been terminated by the SLA.

Task Reassignments

Easily redirect activities from your supervision dashboard and avoid task clutter when someone on the team has been absent.

Case Cancelation

The process supervisor has the ability to cancel and reactivate cases when necessary.

Business Calendars

Create work calendars for your teams and assign the calendar to processes for SLA control.

SLA Hierarchical Notifications

Notify task users, their managers, managers of the next task, or specific users, based on the SLA of the tasks they’re in.

Index ECM documents based on BPM data

All kinds of files can be included in the platform from the BPM, and are indexed automatically by the process variables defined for each used form.

Direct document capture

Documents can be scanned, linked, or imported into the process directly in the Browser or via App. The data uploaded via BPM will also be accessible to ECM users with proper rights.

Link Documents to a Process

Process documents are viewed internally without the need to download files to the users' machine, for the following file formats: PDF, PNG, JPEG, TIFF, TXT, XML, video files and audio files. Other formats can be managed normally, but are not supported by the internal viewer.

Integrate to external databases

During the execution of the cases, information from external databases can be imported into forms or validate business rules. This feature is widely used because it allows you to normalize information and reuse it intelligently.

Web Service Integration

Specific integrations can be implemented via Web Services, for example: triggering processes from ERP routines, returning data from BPM to ERP or any other application, etc...

BI Integration for creation of analysis panels, statistics and reports

The data generated from workflows can be synchronized with the BI (BeMemo) allowing it to feed portals with more than 60 options of different graphs and reports automatically.

Workflow supervision

Name managers for specific flows and allow them to track the execution of all ongoing tasks and interact in real time to ensure that deadlines are met.
